Uniform hot air supply Mixed-flow dryers, through carefully arranged intake and exhaust angular air ducts, cause the airflow and grain flow direction to present a complex mixture of countercurrent, cocurrent, or cross-flow, ensuring that the hot air and grain are fully and evenly mixed, resulting in high uniformity of the dried grain.
Low unit heat consumption Because the hot air and grain are fully mixed, the unit heat consumption of mixed-flow dryers is relatively low, typically lower than other types of dryers. 5% ~ 15%
Wide range of applications Mixed-flow dryers are suitable for drying a variety of grains, and can be used for both grain and seed drying needs, with wide applicability.
Complex structure Compared to other types of dryers, mixed-flow dryers have a relatively complex structure and higher manufacturing costs. However, its optimized internal structure design results in smaller fan power and lower unit consumption of drying medium.
Good drying effect Mixed-flow dryers ensure that the grain is evenly heated during the drying process, resulting in higher quality dried grain, and the inner and outer sieve holes are not easily blocked, making maintenance relatively simple
