Disc dryer: The disc dryer is mainly composed of a jacket, a single-axis rotor and a transmission device. The sludge is transferred to indirect heating and drying through the jacket, hollow shaft and the heat of the hollow disk welded on the shaft. The disc does not cut the sludge, but the sludge is stirred by the propeller mixer at the edge of the disc to continuously update the drying surface, so the purpose of drying is successfully achieved.
Paddle dryer: The paddle dryer is mainly composed of a jacket, two-axis (or four-axis) blades and a transmission device. The sludge is indirectly heated and dried through the heat transfer of the jacket, the hollow shaft and the hollow blade welded on the shaft. The shovel-shaped blade cuts and stirs the sludge to continuously update the drying surface, thus successfully achieving the purpose of drying.
